Implementing an Affordable and Painless BCM with SS540 Certification

mte_roland_teo[Singapore, 15 August 2009] Business Continuity Management Institute, BCM Institute and Singapore Business Federation (SBF) co-organized “Implementing an Affordable and Painless BCM with SS540 Certification” at the a BCM seminar,Meet-The-Experts, Singapore. More than 120 members from both organization have benefited the strategy to develop the “optimized” approach to develop and implement BCM. Dr Goh Moh Heng, president of BCM Institute shared the roadmap for small and medium, SME’s continuity and how to keeping investment in time and resources to the lowest; yet achieving the BCM and SS540 certification requirements. Mr Roland Teo, Deputy Director, Capacity Building Division, Singapore Business Federation, SBF shared on the overview of the incentives, grant and the application/submission process under the National BCM Programme and how it applies to your organisation.

BCM Institute certified professional, Ho Chuan Wei and Andy Liu from British Telecom, BT never skip the MTE, they like the opportunities to meet fellow professional, listening and learn from the industry leading expert’s first-hand experience and knowledge. Ravindra S/o S from the National University of Singapore, NUS commented that, “this MTE was all focus on the approach to obtain financial grant and not like others, generally trying to promote products and services.”
