    Dr Goh Moh Heng, BCCE DRCE BCCLA, President BCM Institute and Managing Director of GMH Pte Ltd
    Complete with real-life scenarios, the speaker will share further on the implementation of business continuity management specifically within Brunei. Tapping on his career and consulting experiences, Dr Goh will also delve into the challenges and best practices in business continuity planning as well as solutions to some of the challenges that organizations face when they implement their business continuity plan.

Hasnah

Puan Hajah Hasnah is the General Manager of ILM Academy Brunei - a wholly owned company of Telekom Brunei Berhad (Telbru). She started her career at Radio Television Brunei in 1976. She later moved on to Brunei Shell Government for 5 years. But it was her next stint at an International Bank that spanned 17 years which built up her experience in resourcing; managing career development; talent management; performance management; policy development; remunerations; compensation and benefits; training and development and employee relations.

Her extensive background landed her the post of Head, HR Planning & Strategy cum General Manager of ILM Academy at TelBru before assuming the complete role of GM of ILM Academy Brunei on 1st Jan 2010.

Dr Goh Moh Heng is the President of BCM Institute and the Managing Director of GMH Continuity Architects. Armed with his primary areas of expertise, which include Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), contingency planning and Crisis Management, Dr Goh has helped many organizations, particularly those operating in the Asia Pacific and Middle-East Regions.

Prior to establishing BCM Institute and GMH Continuity Architects, Moh Heng held senior positions with a number of large organizations. During his career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, he was responsible for all aspects of its BC and contingency planning. At Standard Chartered Bank, he saw to the global implementation of its BC management and planning. He also managed the BC practice at PriceWaterhouse(Coopers).

Dr Goh also headed the development team responsible for developing the Singapore Standard (SS507:2004) for Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) service providers. The SS507 is the base document for the ISO/IEC 24762 Guidelines for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for Disaster Recovery (DR) Services. Dr Goh is instrumental in the implementation of the Singapore Standard SS540:2008 for BCM. Dr Goh is the Senior Advisor to the China Business Continuity Management Professional Committee, a quasi government agency responsible for BCM throughout China.
