Expert Speaker

Dr Goh Moh Heng is the president of BCM Institute. He is armed with his primary areas of expertise, which include Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), contingency planning and Crisis Management, Moh Heng has helped many organizations, particularly those operating in the Asia Pacific and Middle-East Region.

Over the last twenty years, Dr Goh had assisted many organizations in their successful implementation of their business continuity plans such as international banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges, manufacturing, telecommunications. He had recently developed a "simplified" method for SMEs to achieve their organization certification without any compromising on the deliverables and standard requirement.

Mr Roland Teo is the Deputy Director of the Capacity Building Division in the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). His responsibilities include overseeing the National Business Continuity Programme and the Financial Facilitator Programme at EBIS to help Singapore companies to be ready in terms of business continuity and to facilitate funding. In the past 18 years, Roland has been involved in credit and risk management for the financial and corporate sector.
