With new threats and natural disasters disrupting business operations around the world, organisations are beginning to rework their existing BC and IT DR plans or embark on one.
At this seminar, jointly organised by BCM Institute and IBM, participants will be able to learn from the experience of practitioners who will highlight the key success factors as well and the challenges that orangisation faced when developing and implementing BC/DR plans.

Speaker 1: Stephen Tan, BCCE, BCRS Project Manager IBM Singapore
Having developed IT and Business Recovery and Continuity Plans for different clients, Stephen will share the key factors for a successful Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans.
Stephen Tan is the BCRS Project Manager IBM Singapore, was responsible for establishing the IBM Business Recovery Centre for Mid Range Systems in 1991 and thereafter the IBM Business Recovery Centre for Large Systems in 1992.
Speaker 2: Dr Goh Moh Heng, BCCE, DRCE, President, BCM Institute.
Having work with various organisation to develop and implement their BC/DR plans, Dr Goh will provide a candid view on "What most organisation fails to do?"
Dr Goh Moh Heng primary areas of expertise include Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Crisis Management. Over the last twenty years, Dr Goh has helped many organisations, particularly those operating in the Asia Pacific and Middle-East Region to develop and implement BC and DR plans.
