In view of the impending outbreak of the H1N1 Influenza A pandemic, organization should begin to ensure that this scenario is not only tested but also ensure that the teams are versed with the possible scenarios that may not be considered in the routine planning of tests.  This crisis simulation is a tabletop exercise to simulate the outbreak of a pandemic flu within organizations in Malaysia, taking the global outbreak in perspective.

Participants can expect to learn on how to:
  • Manage an outbreak under careful supervision and expert feedbacks.
  • Conduct a gap analysis of your current pandemic flu BC and crisis management plan.
  • Facilitate from the facilitators so that this similar simulation can be replicated within your organization.
