Mr. Charles Largay is the senior leader of IBM?s Global Technology Services, Global Crisis Management Team, focusing on the Emergency Response Networks (ERN) Offering. Charles?s leads the support of world wide delivery, development and sales of Global Crisis Management Solutions.
Prior to Charles?s current appointment, he was the Global Solutions Executive/Leader for Network Centric Operations, IBM Business Consulting Services on the Complex Systems Integration and Solutions Team. He led in the development of the Component Business Model for Network Centric Operations and in the Adaptive Infrastructure Architectural Model.
Charles graduated from the University of Maine. Today, Charles serves as a Justice of the Peace and as a Red Cross Disaster Chairman.
