Managing a Successful BCM Program: Metric, Maturity, Continuous Improvement Supported by Good Practice.

Program management ensures the BCM Plan implemented for the organisation is working. The key component often not considered is the level of BCM maturity in your organisation and deciding on the metric to measure your effort align with management expectation. Both validation and awareness efforts of the BCM program must also be put in place. However, how do we ensure that these efforts are done right? Is the measurement used to measure their effectiveness? Is our management supporting the effort and what exactly they are looking for? How to raise awareness and competency using the minimum budget? How to ensure that the plan stays relevant?

All these and more will be discussed in the half day seminar on “Program Management (PM) – Ensuring The Plan Stays Relevant – Best Practices We Can Learn From”.

This is the second good practice “face-to-face” seminar series conducted by Dr Goh Moh Heng, President of the BCM Institute. With his deep involvement in many projects, Dr, Goh will be sharing good practices from various industries and addressing concerns by organisations that implements BCM for compliance purposes only.

Mingle and interact with fellow seminar participants in our half hour Networking Tea Break.
