BCM Learning Roadmap: Ensuring A Competent BCM Team
In Business Continuity Management (BCM), it does not matter how good your plan if the people tasked to execute it, are not competence and up to the challenge. Whether it is due to a high turnover rate making it hard to retain trained staff, or a lack of BCM maturity that keeps staff from taking the BCM health of the organisation seriously, an effective BCM plan needs good BCM practitioners and, in many organisations, one or the other is often lacking.
BCM Institute’s latest introduction on an interactive course allows you to design and develop your business continuity management (BCM) training roadmap for the entire organisation. This 1-day exclusive workshop is aimed to equip designated BCM managers together with their human resource department counterparts to develop and implement a training roadmap for business continuity, disaster recovery, BCM audit and crisis management personnel.
Participants of this workshop will possess the knowledge and expertise to develop and implement training roadmap for crisis situations within the organisation.
This is an exclusive session where we will take you on a journey you will never regret. Interact with fellow participants in this special one-day workshop.
Places are limited, so do book your seats as early as possible.
