The Philippines is at high risk from cyclones, earthquakes, floods, landslides, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and wildfires. When a 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck the island of Luzon in the Philippines on April 22, 2019 leaving at least 18 dead, 3 missing and injuring at least 256 others. While most businesses are at halt during the incident, there are reports that some business process outsourcing (BPO) companies did not evacuate their employees.

Keeping business as usual in the midst of this life-threatening situation is not only illegal; it is utterly inhumane, according to the BPO Industry Employees’ Network (BIEN). A little time invested upfront developing a Business Continuity Plan can pay off exponentially by saving recovery costs, business revenues, your company’s reputation and even people’s lives.

Join us in this upcoming seminar and prepare yourself with the means and the methods of ensuring that whatever the service is disrupted, it is essential to restore the operation as quickly as possible.

Mingle and interact with fellow seminar participants in our half-hour Networking Tea Break.
